WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY ?

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase (order validated and payment authenticated online), we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund, credit note or exchange.

You may return your product within 14 days in exchange for a credit note, exchange or refund using the same method of payment you used for your purchase.

Certain exceptions and conditions apply to our return and exchange policy:

Items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged,
Items must be returned with their label and in their original packaging,
Returned items must show no signs of wear,
Items must not have been worn or altered in any other way.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions. We therefore ask you to check the items carefully before returning them.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN ?

Go to the "Contact us" page.
Fill in your first and last name and the e-mail address you entered when ordering.
Mention your order number and whether you would like a credit note, an exchange or a refund.
If you would like an exchange, please specify the model.
We'll get back to you within 48 hours by e-mail, with instructions on how to proceed.
All that's left for you to do is send your parcel as instructed.

ARE RETURNS COVERED ?

You are responsible for any shipping costs incurred for a return. We do not cover or reimburse these costs.

Important: returns must be made by "tracked" letter/package. If there is no tracking and the package is lost, we will not be able to issue a refund.
We formally reject any responsibility for lost parcels if they have not been returned with tracking.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND/EXCHANGE ?

If your return is approved, we will offer you an exchange, refund or credit note (credit note valid for 1 year from date of issue), within a maximum of 14 days of receipt of the item at our offices.
